Ninja Reports!

What is a “ninja report,” you ask? Are you ready for me to impart some knowledge on you?

I stole the moniker from HIMYM (How I Met Your Mother). Ted is telling the group a story about something that happened at work, and he veers off to try explaining what type of report he was working on. Nobody thought it was interesting even though he thought it to be an integral part of the story. They asked him to give the report an exciting name so they would be more interested. So, he started calling it a “ninja report.” The group agreed that it made it much more fun.

So, I call the reports I have to review for ten different groups “ninja reports.” What are they to me? The answer is: a consolidated report of credit trade lines for a number of customers with whom the group members do business. Exciting, huh? It is when I call it a “ninja report!”
